Airport Stretches – Dealing with Travel Pains
Traveling can take quite a toll on your body. The long flights in cramped airplanes and the long waits in the hard seats in the airport can destroy your body. It can be pretty hard to enjoy your trip if your back is aching the entire time. Lucky for you, I’ve put together a video of simple stretches you can do in while hanging around the airport.
